Baby Pipe-ssel is a sculptural vessel inspired by the unexpected harmony between industrial pipework and embryonic forms. The series reimagines rigid infrastructure through soft, organic contours, proposing a dialogue between the manufactured and the living. Rather than presenting industry and nature as opposites, the work reflects their continuous coexistence and mutual transformation.
Each piece is hand-built in stoneware using coiling and slab-building techniques before being individually refined and glazed. Subtle irregularities and tactile surfaces preserve the evidence of the maker's hand, ensuring that every vessel is one of a kind.
Equally suited as a bud vase, desk organiser or standalone sculpture, Baby Pipe-ssel brings a quiet sculptural presence to contemporary interiors.
