Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. All orders are shipped from London, England.

International (including EU)

For orders shipped internationally, customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, and local taxes imposed by their respective authorities. These fees are not included in the price and payment may be required to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Eligibility for Return

We only accept return of wrong items or damaged parcel, please email (coming soon) the order number and reason for the return within 1 week from the items’ arrival date. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact. I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once I have received your returned items, I will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
